"Yeah. That's a little rude." - Sprint PCS salesman at Lexington Sprint Store remarking on the fact that Sprint charged my dead mother a 150 dollar account cancellation fee.
"That's not just a LITTLE rude..." - Me replying to the Sprint PCS salesman.
